Starting at the age of three, Ralph was naturally destined to be an amazing drummer as he followed in the footsteps of his four uncles and grandfather. He was fortunate to be mentored by some of the greatest musicians in jazz such as: Art Blakey, Betty Carter, Elvin Jones, and Walter Davis.
