The Langham, Boston hotel is delighted to extend the following offer for all new Group Meetings confirmed before 30 June 2008.

Choose three of the following concessions to apply toward any program that has a commitment of $40,000.00 or more in total revenue:

		Waived meeting room rental fees on general session space
		Two (2) upgrades to our Executive Guestrooms at the Group Rate
		Two (2) welcome amenities for group VIPs
		One (1) complimentary guestroom per forty (40) utilized guestrooms
		Complimentary High-speed internet access in all guestrooms
		5% off current Banquet Menu Price List

Special considerations for on-site contact or Meeting Planner:

•	One (1) upgrade to an Executive Guestroom at the Group Rate
•	One (1) round trip airport transfer on a complimentary basis
