The Langham chefs prepare a gourmet Brunch, Dinner and Thanksgiving-to-Go feastBOSTON- October 27, 2010 – Make it a stress-free Thanksgiving and leave the cooking to the experienced chefs at The Langham, Boston. A Thanksgiving feast will be served in the sunlit Café Fleuri overlooking the Norman Leventhal Park at Post Office Square. Thanksgiving Day menu highlights will include an Autumn Harvest Table, Thanksgiving Table, Holiday Pastry Table, and a special Kid’s Corner. Reservations are available at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12.00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. The cost is $65 for adults (including one mimosa), $30 for children ages 5 to 12, and free for children 4 and under.
Thanksgiving-to-Go
The Langham, Boston brings Thanksgiving culinary delights to your table this holiday. The popular Turkey-to-Go menu is a gourmet feast featuring a cider glazed turkey, buttery northeast whipped potatoes with all of the traditional accompaniments, plus an apple streusel pie for dessert. The Turkey-to-Go meal provides a sumptuous Thanksgiving feast without the hassle. Orders for The Langham’s Thanksgiving feast can be placed for four people ($175) for 8 to 10 people ($275) through November 23, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Orders will be ready on Thanksgiving between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Additional side dishes or pies are also available.

22 to 24 Pound Vermont Turkey, Herb Scent and Cider Glazed
1 Pint of House Made Whole Berry Cape Cranberry Sauce
2 Quarts of Maple Scented Native Butternut Squash Puree
2 Quarts of Buttery Organic Northeast Whipped Potatoes
1 Quart of Giblet Gravy
Fresh Cranberry Nut and Country Rolls
2 Quarts of Sage Sausage, Wild Mushroom and Date Dressing
2 Quarts of Harvest Vegetable Ragout
1 Pumpkin Pie and 1 Apple Streusel Pie
Thanksgiving Dinner A three-course dinner will be served in BOND restaurant and lounge on Thanksgiving. Start with New England Lobster Stew then enjoy Cider Glazed Herb Roasted Turkey, Sage Sausage, Exotic Mushroom and Date Dressing, Maple Butternut Squash, Buttery Whipped Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, and Giblet Gravy. For dessert sample Pastry Chef, Jed Hackney’s Sugar Pumpkin Tart with Chantilly and Candied Pumpkin Seeds. Dinner is $50 per person.
