The Most Elaborate Brunch in the City
The Langham, Boston’s City Brunch begins Sunday, September 12

BOSTON- August 10, 2010 – Adults and children alike should get ready to indulge with the launch of City Brunch at The Langham, Boston. One of the city’s most elaborate Sunday Brunch buffets will feature a variety of stations and buffet items for breakfast enthusiasts, seafood fans, and lovers of local and artisanal meats, cheeses, and produce.

Executive Chef, Mark Sapienza, has taken the flavors of New England and created a City Brunch buffet unlike any other in the city. A Boston native, Chef Sapienza offers a variety locally sourced and produced foods, in addition to house-made items. Chef Sapienza has a direct relationship with local farmers and artisan food purveyors to offer the best meat, seafood, cheese, fruits, vegetables, and herbs. One of Sapienza’s signature dishes always available in Café Fleuri and a dish not to miss at City Brunch, is the House Smoked Maple Cured Atlantic Salmon. No brunch is complete without a Bloody Mary.
