Enjoy Brunch BOND Style
Boston’s hot spot is now serving weekend brunch inside and on the Terrace

BOSTON— June 23, 2009 — Starting in July, BOND restaurant | lounge will be serving brunch à la carte every Saturday and Sunday. Brunch is the best part of the weekend and now it can be enjoyed with family and friends in the amazing indoor space or on BOND’s new Terrace overlooking Norman B. Leventhal Park at Post Office Square.

Delight in culinary creations by Executive Chef, Mark Sapienza, including Ruby Red Grapefruit Brulee, homemade Blueberry Crumb muffins and main dishes such as Sugar Dusted Brioche French Toast or Huevos Rancheros. And of course, brunch would not be complete without a Bloody Mary or a cocktail made by BOND’s well-known mixologists.

“Staying true to BOND’s menu of global cuisine, brunch offerings are created with an international flair using both locally produced artisan products,” said Sapienza.

If you still have room for dessert, sample a creation by The Langham, Boston’s new pastry chef, Jonathan “Jed” Hackney. The Apricot Crepe with Lavender Honey and Whipped Lemon Crème Fraiche is a sweet way to finish the meal.

Brunch will be served every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Seating on the terrace is on a first-come basis.
