Thanksgiving Brunch at The Langham, Boston
A Thanksgiving feast accompanied by a festive jazz trio will be served in the sunlit Café Fleuri. The delicious Thanksgiving Day culinary stations will include New England Farm Selections, Autumn Harvest Dishes, a Thanksgiving Table, Holiday Pies and Pastries, and a special Kid’s Table. Reservations are available at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12.00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. The cost is $72 for adults (including one mimosa or sparkling wine), $30 for children ages 5 to 12, and free for children 4 and under. Children are also invited to enjoy entertainment from a balloon artist!
The Langham, Boston brings the Thanksgiving celebration to your table this holiday. The popular Turkey-to-Go menu is back, featuring a gourmet feast of cider glazed turkey, buttery northeast-style whipped potatoes with all of the traditional accompaniments, plus apple streusel and pumpkin pies for dessert. The Turkey-to-Go meal provides a sumptuous Thanksgiving feast without the hassle. Orders for The Langham’s Thanksgiving feast can be placed for four people ($180) for 8 to 10 people ($350) through November 22, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. Orders will be ready on Thanksgiving between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Additional side dishes and pies are also available. A three-course prix-fixe dinner will be served in BOND restaurant and lounge on Thanksgiving Day. Diners will begin the feast with New England Lobster Stew, next enjoying Cider Glazed and Herb Roasted Turkey with Sage Sausage, Exotic Mushroom and Date Dressing, Maple Butternut Squash, Buttery Whipped Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, and Giblet Gravy. For dessert, sample Pastry Chef Jed Hackney’s Sugar Pumpkin Tart with Chantilly and Candied Pumpkin Seeds. Dinner is $60 per person.
