Toast the last day of 2007 with champagne upon arrival and enjoy the daylong First Night activities with complimentary admission. Begin 2008 with Café Fleuri's Rejuvenation Brunch. Spend New Year's Eve "Dancing Under the Stars" and ring in 2008 at the elegant Julien under grand chandeliers and gilded ceilings. The evening features dancing to the Jeffrey Moore Quartet and a midnight balloon drop. There is a $50 food and beverage minimum per person. Dance into the New Year away from 8:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

On January 1, 2008, start off the New Year with Café Fleuri's Rejuvenation Brunch. The restaurant chefs have created some extra special recipes that will prepare your body and soul for 2008. Brunch includes a lavish buffet with full carving and dessert stations with your choice of a Bloody Mary or a non-alcoholic beverage. Reservations are available at 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. The cost is $60 per adult, $30 per child 12 to 5 years old, and free for children 4 and under.
